We’re just two guys who bonded over sports, competition, and a shared inability to say no to a really good cup of coffee. Somewhere between game nights, caffeine-fueled conversations, and “we should totally roast our own beans” becoming a real thing… Colourway Coffee was born.
What started as a mutual obsession quickly turned into countless hours learning, tasting, roasting, tweaking, and chasing the perfect cup. Now, we roast right here in Hamilton, Ontario, creating coffees that are bright, fun, approachable, and packed with personality.
We take coffee seriously — but not ourselves. We believe great coffee should feel exciting, a little unexpected, and something worth sharing with good people. Whether you’re a coffee nerd, casual sipper, or just here for the vibes, we’re happy you found us.
